Found eClarity online as I was looking for loose diamond for engagement ring. Looking through their website and Facebook gave me confidence that they will be able to meet my expectation hence I proceed with scheduling a visit to them, and informing them that I would like to see a few diamonds i have shortlisted on their website.

No doubt they met my expectation, in fact above and beyond! They are located in Ngee Ann City Office Tower B. Once I arrived, I was introduced to Amanda, the resident gemologist, who has 17 years of experience. She took time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me a crash course about diamonds which was very useful! She also helped to shortlist a few diamonds based on what I have shared and gave me advice on which to choose.

After deciding, the salesperson (May) was very helpful and kept me updated on the status as I needed the diamond before flying off 7 days later. They managed to prepare the diamond for me and I was very grateful for it!

Look no further if you are looking for loose diamonds!
