- All orders will be collected by courier between 5 working days and 21 working days based on the status indicated on the product listing and detail pages of the item. Order status can be tracked in the sign in / register page on the website.
- eClarity.com.sg reserves the right to decide the destination countries to which we deliver to, which may vary from time to time and are subjected to changes without notice.
- In the event we are unable to ship to your location, you will be informed.
- All deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only, not PO Box addresses.
- All import duties and taxes, custom fees and other charges will be borne by the recipient.
- All items will be checked prior to shipping. A 1% insurance fee will be levied on all international orders. The 1% insurance fee is not applicable to deliveries within Singapore.
